Atomic Habits back at #1 — Here is the January, 2024 list of best-selling business books from the New York Times

Atomic HabitsIt rolls around like clockwork.  Every month, the New York Times publishes its list of best-selling business books.  This is always a list of 10 books.  They have just published their January, 2024 list.

And this month, back at the top, as it has seemed to be since Abraham Lincoln was President, is Atomic Habits by James Clear.  Yes, it is a very good book; a very useful book.

This month’s list is another month where women authors are noticeably underrepresented.  Vivian Tu, along with Oprah Winfrey as a co-author, show up on this month’s list among all the male authors.

Of the ten books on the list, I have presented synopses of five of them at the First Friday Book Synopsis in Dallas.  I can say that these are worth reading.  The five I presented are:  Atomic Habits, The Creative Act, Elon Musk, Hidden Potential, and Going Infiinite.

Though I liked all five of these, for the read of the year, be sure to tackle Going Infinite by Michael Lewis.  It is laugh-out-loud funny in places.

I’m sure the five books I have not presented from this month’s list are also worth reading.  So many books; so little time…Going Infinite
